MAT Growth Aspirations
Oak Trees Multi Academy Trust was established in June 2017, with four schools joining initially, Church Drive Primary School joining later in March 2019, Brackenwood Junior School in 2021, Greasby Junior School in January 2023, Thingwall Primary in October 2023 and Heswall Primary in January 2024. Irby Primary, Black Horse Hill Junior School and Hilbre High School subsequently joined in the spring of 2024. Orrets Meadow Special School joined in September 2025.
Oak Trees would welcome interest from other local primary and secondary schools in joining the Trust. We are open to a small number of further schools joining us, including secondary schools, with the premise that their values are in line with the Trust.. Joining the Trust involves an extensive due diligence process, considering a number of factors such as finance, performance, Governance, and assets, including buildings.
We can offer you a range of services, including HR, GDPR, Health and Safety, Finance, and School Improvement Support in a supportive and collaborative culture.
