Adrian Martin

Prior to taking up the post of School Improvement Lead, Adrian was the headteacher of an outstanding school for sixteen years. He has been an Ofsted Inspector for thirteen years and a qualified teacher since 1988, working in a number of schools in Cheshire and the Wirral, as well as being an Advisory Teacher for Primary Science. He is passionate about developing evidence-informed pedagogy and thoroughly enjoys supporting school leaders to provide the best possible education for their pupils.
